I.B.I Investment House

I.B.I Investment House, a member of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), is Israel’s leading investment house with total client assets of over NIS 14 billion. Over the past decade, the group has led a majority of Israel’s IPOs and has continuously provided a variety of custom-made financial services to private and institutional clients. IBI employs a team of over 150 skilled and experienced staff members.

Israel Brokerage and Investments, I.B.I Ltd. provides brokerage services. A dynamic trading desk staff buys and sells securities in both the local and international markets, manages employee option and benefit programs, and trades financial derivatives, commodities and foreign currencies.

I.B.I. AMBAN Asset Management Ltd. manages investment portfolios valued at over NIS 8 billion for private and institutional clients. Amban’s portfolio management team utilizes a unique process for choosing investments, and employs analytical research based on a defined investment philosophy. Unlike other portfolio managers, a majority of strategic investment decisions are reached by an investment committee, and not by a single investment manager.

I.B.I. Mutual Fund Management (1978) Ltd. develops, manages and markets 26 mutual funds of diverse character for institutional and private clients with total asset value of over NIS 5 billion.

Poalim I.B.I. – Managing & Underwriting Ltd. (TASE: PIU), a major underwriter in Israel’s capital market, has led more than half of the IPOs on the TASE to date. Its main activities include underwriting services for public and private offerings, raising capital for project financing, locating business investors and managing mergers and acquisitions. Poalim I.B.I.’s experience allows it to plan and execute original and innovative offerings to meet client preferences, investment trends and changes in the economic environment, while providing professional legal, accounting, economic and marketing support.

I.B.I. Gemel Ltd. is responsible for managing provident funds, study funds and compensation funds in compliance with the latest pension market reform. Customers can choose from among four risk levels and change from one portfolio to another at any time. Funds are managed by professional account managers from I.B.I. Amban, with more than NIS 200 million currently under management.

I.B.I’s Research Department is one of the leading research departments in Israel. It provides extensive macro and micro coverage and analysis to companies, major institutional clients and investment consultants. I.B.I.’s research department covers approximately 100 companies traded on the TASE on an ongoing basis. It provides analysis of macro-economic developments on Israel’s market and on currency fluctuations, and provides real-time information on the industries and markets in which Israeli companies operate. I.B.I. also provides in-depth valuations upon client request.
